Capt. Dianne Hanley is reFORM Studios Client of the Month for April!

Dianne is a Captain in the US Air Force, and just completed her first 3 months of training at reFORM Studios, and her results were so fantastic, we had to make her the Client of the Month for April! We wanted to wait until the end of the month to share with you, so we could include her most recent PT test results, and we're so glad we did!   • Her 3 min step test for cardiovascular health when from the Poor category to Above Average!
  • She lost 15 lbs, and an even more impressive 16.5 inches all over!
  • Her waist measurement dropped to 1/2 inch below her target goal for her PT test
  • The did 30 pushups on her test, even though she's recovering from shoulder surgery last year
  • She improved her run test time by about 1 minute
  • She maxed out her sit-ups test!
Here's what Dianne had to say about her experience training with reFORM Studios: What made you decide you needed to start a program? "After Christmas, and the months prior, I felt like all I was doing was eating and gaining weight. I tried to start a program on my own, but lacked the motivation to do it by myself." What results have you achieved since starting your program? "Yay, results!! I'm down 15 lbs in 3 months and a total of 16.5 inches. More importantly, today I wore a uniform that I haven't been able to wear in 8 months! And I feel good about my PT test on Friday." What do you like best about our program or having a trainer? "The accountability! I had also gotten so out of shape that I didn't know where to start. Heather set me up right away with strength training exercises, food advice, and the encouragement and confidence that I could do it." What would you say to someone on the fence about joining our program? "I would encourage them to join if they have the dedication to see the program through, especially with the eating. The number one thing I noticed was that if I was eating poorly, then it didn't matter what I was doing at the studio. I wasn't losing the weight I wanted until I changed my eating habits."
