We're adding weekday bootcamp workouts at the studio!

Yes fans, it's true- Bootcamps are starting up on weekdays at the studio this week! reFORM Studios bootcamp workoutsJoin us Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm for a great hour long bootcamp as part of our bootcamp training option! Our group bootcamp workouts are the best way to meet other people who are part of our reFORM Studios fitness community and form your own support network as you work towards your goals. Bootcamps are a total body workout designed for all fitness levels in a group setting. Many times these workouts will be outdoors, so you’ll always want to be prepared with a water bottle, hand towel, possibly a yoga mat, and a friend to share the experience with. Every bootcamp will be a different workout, and each of our trainers contributes their ideas to the design. Our weekday bootcamps are offered as a group training option. Your first visit is free, and you can enroll in a package of 10 bootcamps for just $80, otherwise it's $10 to drop in. Packages are good for any weekday bootcamps, Mondays and Wednesday in Mt.Pleasant at the bridge, and now Tuesday and Thursdays at the studio! bootcamp workout doing horizontal pullupsDepending on how quickly spaces in bootcamps fill we may add additional times, but for now come secure your spot in our new bootcamp offerings this Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm!
